It takes a few services to keep Oyamu running. This page explains who helps with things like hosting, email and AI, and what information they may handle. The services involved depend on the features you use.
About our providers
Oyamu relies on service providers to deliver accounts, hosting, communications and other features. The providers involved depend on the services enabled for your account. Organizational customers should also consult the provider schedule in their agreement.

Convex and authentication
Convex supports backend functions, databases and file-related services. It can handle account identifiers, stored records, membership and uploaded files associated with enabled features. Better Auth is the authentication software used with that infrastructure.
Hosting and network delivery
Cloudflare deployment services support hosting and network delivery. Depending on the services in use, this involves requested pages, technical request information, security logs and content processed by those services.
Resend email delivery
Resend delivers authentication messages such as verification and account recovery emails. It handles recipient addresses, message content and delivery information.
PostHog analytics
The website loads configured PostHog analytics after an Analytics opt-in. It measures limited page, action and performance events, with session recordings and personal profiles disabled.
The app has a separate analytics configuration for limited page-category events. Website cookie settings do not automatically control that separate app processing.
Glisten website chat
Functional consent enables Glisten chat on supported website pages. Using chat sends your messages and relevant technical information to the service. Turning chat off does not erase conversations already sent.
AI model providers
Configured AI features can use Google or OpenAI services. Requests can include conversation text, selected files and context retrieved by authorized tools. The provider, retention and processing terms depend on the service account and feature.

Stripe payments
When Stripe is the payment provider identified at checkout, it processes payment and billing details. Oyamu receives the payment, customer or invoice references needed to manage the order. A provider listing does not add a charge or recurring subscription to your account.
Diagnostics and connected services
Sentry supports error diagnostics. The configured scrubber removes identity fields, request bodies, extra context and interface breadcrumbs from handled events. Technical logs and error traces may still contain information relevant to diagnosing a problem.
A sign-in provider or connected service you choose can receive information within the permissions you authorize. Review that service’s notice before connecting it.

Material changes to information practices require appropriate notice. Additional provider notice and objection rights for organizations are governed by their signed agreements.
